They are crimes. That he is accused of committing. No, a trial hasn't been conducted on them, but there is enough evidence that he did to uphold an indictment. As of yet, he has only been held liable for sexual abuse and civil fraud in civil court.

So if someone murders another person in front of dozens of witnesses, is on video, gets arrested, gets formally charged, jury selection has been completed....they didn't commit a crime until they get convicted?

Indictments. With accompanying evidence to go to trial. We will see if there is enough evidence to convict once the trial starts. Do you find it strange how reluctant Trump seems to want to start any of these trials given that you appear to think that they will clear his name?

You mean like, he organized a RICO conspiracy while he was in a court of law? He defrauded creditors while he was in a court of law?

What the heck DO you mean? Your commitment is admirable though. (Sort of)

Why is that? Is that because you have nothing substantive by which to respond?

Lol... please, not you too. You're talking about the New York case that is PURE BUNK. Stay on topic. This is about the Jack Smith case against President Trump. By the way Jack Smith is a fraud as an legitimate prosecutor.

It's becasue you don't know the difference between a crime and an accusation of a crime, that's why.

LOL, after having "flushed the junk" from the board via the ignore function, I can only see one side of your conversation. Are you arguing with a liberal bot??

You don't seem to know what a crime is. You are confusing it with the word conviction. A crime is a law. A conviction is an adjudication that somebody committed a crime. An indictment is a formal accusation, based upon sufficient evidence that somebody committed a crime.

That is funny. You were so upset that I proved you wrong on crime data that you decided to ignore me? Or was it when I brought up that your reluctance to see Trump discussed might be due to cognitive dissonance? Not exactly proving that wrong by hiding from that.

The trial hasn't begun yet. Strange that Trump's legal strategy appears to be to delay that trial. Why do you think his defense team is trying to delay said trials?

BTW, your first question was what crimes he "supposedly committed." Not for what crimes has he been convicted. Why are you wildly shifting around goalposts?

So why do you think Trump is trying to delay the beginning of the trials so much? And, again, I properly answered your first question, which was not a question of which crimes has he been convicted of committing only what crimes has he "supposedly committ d?" Next time, if you want an answer to a different question, go ahead and ask that question rather than shifting goalposts throughout.
