Lots of rumors that's what happened to Washington State QB Cam Ward, he demanded too much from certain schools, they refused and he's heading for the NFL.

 

I bet FSU was surprised Cam didnt place the same value on a giant clown nose collection as they did and Miami was shocked he didnt want 12,000,000 shares of Life Wallet payable in the future.

We should recruit Quinshon since we are thin at great blocking running backs. Tell him he can be one of the all time great blocking backs in UF history if he comes...that should do it.

 

We are pretty much set at RB. We've only got a few scholarships left so I don't think we can spare one for an RB.

 

If you enter the portal, you can still go back to the team. I guarantee you Lane would have him back.

 

Considering he actually CAN block, I'm gonna go with..... No.

 

why is a scholarship needed? So that someone foots the bill for the actual education part of the student-athlete? Seems like NIL would more than cover those expenses.

 

And some could actually get education-based merit scholarships.

 

Here is an idea…you get paid you pay. You pay your tuition, housing and insurance and all other expenses. As far as I’m concerned the “getting an education” idea is gone.

 

Apparently Judkins attitude had pissed off his teammates and they were done with him by the Peach Bowl. Dart supposedly was pleading with Lane to bench him, and there’s several instances in the game where his linemen refused to help him up off the ground.

 

As long as they’re forced to go to school in order to remain eligible, they’re going to be awarded scholarships.

 

I think there is an overall limit of 105 on the roster. Just something I recall so I might be wrong. So, yeah there is probably nothing preventing that. I thought about that question before and it seems like teams are not exploiting that.

 

Teams aren’t exploiting it because the top players will still go where they also get scholarships. Scholarship athletes get so much more than just tuition.

It would take a whole lot of money and resources to give them a similar experience. They’ll be offered the scholarship and the NIL money somewhere else.

 

Or just not attend classes if you can’t spell cat.

From what I've heard almost half of those who enter the portal never get picked up by and school and their college career is over.
