Yes it will LOL. Let's compare FL to another big state, say CA. Here is Disneyworld versus Disneyland. You think your bar would've stayed open in CA? I mean lets have a rational conversation. Hell, this time 3 years ago California was literally filling in skate parks with sand to keep people indoors LOL. Just next level stupid.

And I'm sure you don't want to discuss school closures in Dem states versus Rep states. Not even a debate.

Why do you think "remember 3 years ago when things opened slightly sooner here" is a compelling argument to anyone?

You don't have to. Just admit R states gave more freedom than D states during covid. This isn't some gotcha question. Really simple answer.

Swing and a miss! It's ok. Just admit the Dem states took freedoms away. It's easy. Jump in the water is great!

Depends on what freedom you're looking for. Freedom to open up back to normal, absolutely better in red states. Freedom to not potentially get infected by someone with Covid, less so. As I said all along, covid response was a balancing act of individual liberties with a novel virus.

Your avoidance of the question tells me you know the answer but are too partisan to answer it. Thanks for confirming you agree with me.

We get it, red states say kids need to die to protect “freedom.”

Why do you guys persist? You’re losing in public opinion, the battles you’re picking are stupid battles, and you’re hanging on to power by your gerrymandered fingernails. The American people are against your side, and are stating to despise everything your side is doing. You may not see it inside your bubble but it’s there, and republican politicians know it.

I'm kind of curious where is the bar you own? We had a to change a few ways we did things but mine were never ordered to close...

LOL. Freedom to not potentially get infected by someone with covid? Holy crap that doesn't sound like you are anywhere close to being down the middle. Also, look at the age adjusted covid numbers. CA and FL were very close to each other with CA being around the 14th best state and FL around 18th. So what you said wasn't remotely true regarding getting infected. But the freedom to open back up yes the R states performed much better.

You are the one still talking about COVID and "freedom" in "red" states thinking its some big deal. I already said things reopened sooner, but we've passed a boat load of anti-freedom laws in Florida since 2020. Yet you are going to make you case on something like that? Hold on to it I guess, its all you got, and its not even relevant anymore.

Jax. If I recall we couldn't do on premise sales for like 2-3 months, only package to go. The DPBR then told everyone to get a restaurant license so they could open back up as a "restaurant" and sell on premise again. So we installed a microwave for hot pockets and got a restaurant license.

LOL. That first line is about the dumbest thing i've read in a while on TooHot and that's saying something. Couldn't read the rest because that was so asinine I felt bad for you.
