I root for my country. Whether I agree with their politics or not.

 

Yes and I do too but when this team exhibits this type of behavior , I hope they lose every match. How can you support this embarrassing display ? It’s sickening and I don’t think I am in the minority here.

 

Interesting that the humongous country host Japan has 631 athletes at the games while the USA has a mere 613.

The US Women’s National Soccer team seems to be our most consistent winning international team. They represent our country with all its blessings and all its warts. They almost single handedly built women’s soccer into a collegiate and professional sport. The performance against Sweden and even New Zealand was subpar. When an individual puts on the Stars and Stripes to represent our great country i root for them and always will irrespective of who they vote for, who they choose to sleep with or who they worship. Go Team USA
