Immigrants get sent all over the country all the time. This isn't new. But now that they're being sent to different places without notice in a politically inconvenient fashion, they want to go after the guy behind it.

It's politically motivated law enforcement in every sense of the word.

 

The people on the Texas border don't get notice.

The question is if DeSantis broke the law. You can huff and puff, but at the end of the day, you can't deny that DeSantis is the one who chose to target California. He poked the bear. This is nothing like a cop following a Black man for 500 miles. DeSantis started the fight to score political points. If he broke the law and it backfires on him, so be it.
