Just to set the record straight, the whole reason I messed up and didn't see this last pickem' thread is we didn't have one the previous week, after having them every consecutive week for 14 weeks and I simply got busy with other things and missed it. Entirely my fault! I certainly wasn't looking for any favours. But since this is the last thread of the year and it covers over 4 weeks of games, I think @SmootyGator was very considerate and gracious and yes - even fair - about making an exception for me and others who missed that first week. Trying to change the Maryland/Auburn game was just a brain fart on my end. Thinking changes could be made up until Saturday at Noon as usual. Again - just my brain not fully in gear. Thanks for catching that for me, @gatordavisl We have a boatload of games coming up and it should be exciting to see how everyone ends up when the dust settles. Cheers all!
In my preliminary list I picked Fresno State to win because they did me well earlier in the year. But then I saw that they had lost their coach or quarterback or something like that, so I decided to flip to New Mexico State. Should’ve stuck with the initial gut feeling.
That's why I very seldom if ever change my original picks... I almost always get burned when I do it.
Uh yeah. Don’t claim to be Nostradamus. The metrics told me they had a better chance at home than a traveling team. My Aggies proved me wrong too in our backyard. Georgia St. Really?!?
I need Kansas St, Penn St, and Utah state to lose and I can't miss on my 10 pt, 9 pt, 6 and 5. Let's go.
Well Utah St already lost so yeah. How anybody sposed to pick winners with what college football is rn. A&M with the 4th string qb and 2 wr’s at the moment. Redonkulous
Let me add i need Texas and auburn to lose too. I see you @gatormonk quietly trying to slide by into 1st with a good start to the final week so far. Curious though @SmootyGator what happens in the event of a tie?
Regardless of outcome I love the 10 point picks for Arizona @gator_n_sc and @gatormonk. I’m a fan of Arizona as I have family there. I wanted to enjoy that game and was still uneasy about how that one would go. Kudos on the pick. Smoot looks to be on a roll.
I just updated my spreadsheet with winners through last night. I've hit 6 of my top 7, including my top 4. That is going to be tough to beat. I haven't really looked at everyone else's though, to be honest... so there could be someone that still has a lot of games remaining and a chance for near perfect picks.
