Sorry I didn't get my picks in, @SmootyGator - I didn't see your thread until tonight. My bad. Good luck to everyone and thanks once again for doing this for us this year, Smoot!
Glad I never picked that game. When I saw that match-up it looked to close to call, and that's only becasue New Mexico State killed Auburn 31-10 at Auburn. LMFAO!
Was just inputting the three games from last night when I noticed you hadn't picked this week! There's still 12 games left to choose from, so if you still want to pick 10 out of those 12, go ahead!
Wow - thank you - I will do that! I thought once past the deadline - that's it. Will get them in today!
UCF Northern Illinois Georgia State UNC Arizona Missouri Ole Miss Maryland Alabama Washington Thank you again, @SmootyGator !
Well. Glad I picked Auburn. Also the reason I pushed my chips in for WV. Not so much that I care for WV but knowing NC’s qb was sitting out tipped the scales. That and a -6.5 point spread. How does New Mexico screw that up so badly in their own state. SMDH
Ummm . . . this is not right. There is a pick deadline for a reason. Imagine laying a bet in Vegas and then a couple days later going back and telling the bookie "Excuse me, I'm changing my pick." And no, this is not Vegas, but it IS a competition and the rules should be administered fairly for all involved. @SmootyGator - It's one thing to allow folks to jump in late (also wrong imo). Now should everyone be permitted to change their picks with the wind? /rant.
Sorry, my brother @gatordavisl. You are right. Changed my pick back to Maryland...no worries! Go Terps!
I input Bazza's picks right after he picked them. I wouldn't have changed Maryland to Auburn if I had seen it earlier... Otherwise everyone would be changing shit at the last minute and I definitely don't have time for that. I let Bazza pick late because he's been active every week and he kind of gave himself a handicap by not being able to choose from the first three games that had already been played. I did that once or twice earlier in the season for someone else. Next season I will probably be a little more stringent with the rules, but with this being the first year I'm cutting people a little slack.
