Interesting Raymond compared him to Stingley. I know CM played receiver before switching to DB. Has he played any offense or returned kicks since?

 

For all his accolades, Stingley didn't really do a whole lot after his freshman year at LSU, did he? I know he had injury issues. But still enough to be drafted 3rd.

All I remember is when he was on the field he was making plays.

 

That wasn't meant as criticism of Stingley as a player. He was all-world as a freshman. Very possibly the best true freshman cornerback of all time.

I know he was dealing with injuries the next 2 seasons but it seemed to me that maybe he wasn't really overly motivated to play, knowing he had already proven his skills to the NFL.

 

That's a high percentage for us. What do or would they know that we do not?
