What you're referencing are diversity statements. I oppose diversity statements. I believe they pressure applicants into articulating values they may not personally agree with. I don't support coercing people's speech in that sort of way. It risks turning into a political litmus test. There are better ways to get at the information they're seeking without resorting to diversity statements.

As for Microsoft, they are likely one of many corporations that did it solely for appearances and were never actually committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Of course, they claim otherwise in your article: "Our focus on diversity and inclusion is unwavering, and we are holding firm on our expectations, prioritizing accountability, and continuing to focus on this work." But again, it's about appearances.

McKinsey's data speaks for itself. Diverse companies achieve better results.

I think this is misinformation. It’s been reported that they spotting him early on walking around the buildings and looking up at the roofs, but I don’t think it’s been reported they saw him on the roof.

 

Hmm so the shooter was looking up the individuals on Ivan Raiklin's target list. Interesting.

You will have to figure out for yourself how that video is manipulated. It’s not hard. It starts with the question of why no media outlet has reported that the agent was hiding during the shooting. And how the agents responded when the shooting started. Why they weren’t visible until the shooting started. And where they came from. It isn’t hard to see through BS videos. You just doesn’t want to because you don’t like women on Secret Service details. And want to blame the DEI program for what happened Saturday, when there is zero evidence that this was the cause. In fact, so far, all the evidence points to failures by the advance planning and male agents.

 

So just a mentally ill person looking for fame who picked the most convenient target.
