Shots fired at Trump during rally

As for he photo of everyone listening in could here the SS say shooter down BEFORE Trump stood up. He knew he was safe.
Photographers in front of the stage.. SOP for such an event.
The only really questions are
What the hell was SS actually doing. They were ok slow to respond. Didn’t secure the perimeter Didn’t react when spectators were pointing the shooter out. Lot of questions and coincidences.

 

1. Usually with any major medical event, the press gets details from the doctors. Here, nothing.

2. The assumption of safety from someone saying "shooter down" is silly. There could have been more shooters than one.

3. Photographers were moved there right before the shooting and stayed there despite bullets whizzing around.

Then you make my point exactly. There are about 30 reasons to not doubt this event but there are at least a handful that make no sense and haven't been explained.

 

I am not sure why every event turns into a race of who can come up with the nuttier conspiracy. It is a defect in our nation's collective brains.

how about the person that placed the snipers and left the back part of that roof uncovered

or the local cops that were supposed to handle that area and couldn't see a guy with a ladder and a rifle

or the command person that didn't get djt off stage at first report of a shooter?

are they all women, gay, or people of color so you can blame dei for all those failures too?

They all had material impact. Her inability to holster her gun is less of a concern than not being able to keep djt from sticking his head out for the photo op? Who was supposed to insure he was covered and not allowed to be exposed? Is it wise to have short agents assigned to tall targets? Real concerns...

It's idiotic to assume there was only one. Also, his shoes were thrown off the stage. There's video of them landing in the grass and his lifts bouncing out of them.

Weird focus for an article as he tries to makes Trump's shoes symbolic, but it was apparently Trump's shoes' fault he wasnt off the stage faster. He was really focused on getting his shoes. Weird.

So one additional note - this was not a scoped rifle. This (plus another shot of the rifle next to his body on the rooftop) point to some sort of holographic, small prism, or red dot optic (think Eotech or aimpoint or a comparable optic of lesser quality). He likely had no magnification but almost certainly no more than 3x and was looking at a reticle that could have been as small as 1moa (1" at 100 yards) but as large as 4moa.

None of those choices are what I would call a precision optic. I've shot a 1" 5 shot group at 100 yards out of an AR-15 with that type of optic on it, but it wouldn't be my preferred choice if I needed to make a precise shot at that distance. Where those excel is shooting fast at closer ranges with minute of man accuracy out beyond 100 yards. I'd still be pretty confident at putting a round inside a 6" dinner plate at 150 yards as long as I had some amount of time to build a stable shooting position, but there is more variability, and follow up shots are going to be harder.

My point being the shot that hit Trump's ear was starting to approach the limit of practical accuracy for a weapon setup like the shooter's, and was probably a contributing factor to why he was hit in the ear instead of a far worse outcome. Any combination of (better weapon setup, better shooter, trump moving less, shooter not being rushed, etc). would likely have resulted in Trump not surviving the incident.

To me, this absolutely proves that Trump faked everything. Look closely at your “photo” and you will see absolutely no injury to the ear.

I don't think this was a case of negligence on the part of the SS... There's just too much evidence to believe this failure was accidental. Did Kim Cheatle just say they did NOT secure that building on purpose? That has to be a typo or misstatement.
