Shots fired at Trump during rally

I don't understand how that roof with line of site was NOT covered gross incompetence by ss and law enforcement in light of the other videos that have a guy saying he was pointing out the shooter to officers and SS agents for 2-3 minutes before the shots and they did not remove Trump from the stage.

 

Not the ones I've seen.

I honestly thought staged event at first. Like with a pellet gun or airsoft gun from just out of view. Thats what I thought just purely from the first video I saw before reading anything. The way the crowd hardly reacted was weird to me.

But apparantly a person inside the rally died instantly of a head wound, and a couple others wounded so a real gun was used from a decent distance. Probably more than a .22 since it had some range. There is no doubt it was a legit assassination attempt. Unless the police are falsifying dead bodies, but then we are going into 92Gator territory with the crazed conspiracies.

 

Sounds suppressed or small caliber like you say. If were an unsuppressed rifle caliber such as 5.56 or 7.62, there would have been a stampede I think.

 

He has softened since he retired.

 

Shooter was approximately 150 yards away. To my ears, it sounded like a suppressed semi auto rifle shooting supersonic rounds.

Trump is extremely lucky to be alive. At that distance, a good shooter generally isn’t going to miss a target the size of a person’s head.
