He and Alito can still use some law from the 1600s to overturn it.

Hat's off to the Republicans who voted for this. Dark Brandon is relentless in his legislative accomplishments.

Of all the right-wing outrage porn peddlers, the two I am most convinced don't believe anything they actually say and are only in it for the easy GOP rube money are Shapiro and Candace Owens.

First things first, this is great news - it should have never been in question.

Ben Shapiro just showed his ass though.

You know, if he was truly on board with things like gay marriage, trans rights, legalizing weed etc.. he could have been somewhat of a decent centrist candidate 2-3 elections down the road. Sure he is a bit far right fiscally and would need to move over a bit more to help seem more centrist. He has always claimed to be fine with the social stuff like gay/trans rights etc (his argument seemed to be just dont push the agenda on others) but now we are here and the votes are in and we see the true colors. Just like the rest of these idiot politicians talking out of both sides of their mouths.

Usually people that are like "don't push your agenda on me" are closeted bigots.

    That's bullshit.

This is exactly why I can't stand liberals. Never take anything at face value. No matter what someone says, they have to be a closet something. It can't be that I just want my child to make their own decisions when the time comes. Nope, thats not good enough. If we say anything less than I wish my kids were groomed and taught solely by the LGBT community you see liberal come out of the woodworks throwing around their BS insults and calling everyone names.

Sorry, gtfoh with that crap, you're barking up the wrong tree.

Not really. Usually don't push your agenda means "I don't want to see it". Guess what; gay and trans people are human beings and live on the same planet you do -- you better get used to it and their way of life being integrated and accepted into our society.

In the case of Ben Shapiro, he is a bigot. Never really was that closeted, but maybe he was good at coding his language for certain people.

If that were the case you would be open to your child being exposed to a bunch of different cultures and wouldn't be worried about some fictional agenda

This is a severely misinformed opinion.

Nah, I literally stated a likely truth and you blew a gasket for no reason.

For the record, this hasn't passed the Senate. It passed the first procedural hurdle.

    1. As I said before, liberals will come here calling people names if there is even a slightest disagreement. Here we go - "dingo" and basically calling me a closet bigot even though I've been here 4x longer than you talking about politics and I've consistently advocated for LGBT rights.

    2. Because you think you're so smart, you just spewed your misguided BS without so much as asking what I meant by pushing an agenda. Once again, liberals are so smart they don't need context. It's too easy to place a fictitious and elementary name on someone and call it a day instead of being intellectually honest. I get it though, it's not easy to be so smart with regards to everything else, we cant expect you to have common sense or decency too..

    3. Ben Shapiro is his own person, you can't claim everyone is a closet bigot just because Ben was. Also, you're not a f'n psychic either so give it a rest with the "what we all knew and others chose to not realize". Thats such a childish and stupid argument. Again, someone soooo smart and so much better than everyone else should be able to come up with a better argument than that.

    4. That is not misinformed, I'm sorry that your bias gets in the way of you seeing the world for what it is.

    5. Again, claiming what you think is truth based on nothing. Another liberal tactic that you wont get away with from me. You can get away with that with your fellow echochamber buddies but unfortunately for you, its not based in fact.

I have no problem with my children interacting with anyone in the LGBT community and nothing I've ever said or done would make you think that. So take that opinion and shove it right back where the rest of your post came from. If you wonder why I act like this its because you liberals are all the same. You don't argue based in fact. You treat people like garbage and you virtue signal and act like you care about others to make yourselves feel better about your deep down feelings of being a natural POS.

Now that I spent too much time talking to a brick wall that is going to say "blahblahblahblah you're a bigot" I will forever block you now as you clearly have nothing worth while to say. Tell WGB, lawyer and Fred hello while you're there. Feel free to have the last word so you can make sure you asserted your intellectual dominance over this closet bigot. BTW, dont waste too much time, I literally will not read your rebuttal.

With the way they are pushing against debt forgiveness, there will most definitely be pushback regarding this.

It's crazy.. everyone else in the world is moving forward with regards to social issues like this and Republicans keep moving backwards. You would think they would back things like gay marriage and debt forgiveness and legalization of weed to gain some traction. They are dying a slow death - I don't see how they can win another election if they don't start to move more center on social issues at a minimum.

I don't believe any contract in perpetuity should be legally binding. I'd rather see marriage as a legal institution abolished than for another demographic to be brought under its cruel yoke.
