Barring an 0-10-1 kinda season, I believe he will get to year 3. His buyout is a lot. Perhaps its pie in the sky, but I don't believe any coach should have less than 3 years to show what he is about (barring no off the field hijinks).

To me the only year where a coach is completely safe is Year 1.
