Considering how good Auburn and Tennessee look to be, my guess is that it will take more than 12 wins to win the conference.
I think these next two games will show us what to expect in the SEC. Who knows, we might play better against better competition
10-8 in the league sounds pretty reasonable, given how stacked it is and how many tough games we play on the road. Heck, we could go 8-10 and literally only lose to tournament teams. Such an insane league. Never seen it this deep, or stacked at the top.
Speaking of the SEC, for the last few years I've administered a Gator SEC record pick 'em. Basically, you pick the winner of each Gator SEC game and pick the season record. Earn a point for each correct pick and earn a bonus point if you correctly pick the season record. Last year's winner was @exiledgator, with 15 out of 18 correct picks. Three people correctly picked the Gators' conf record of 11-7. I mention this because I'm retiring that portion of my 'Net contributions. If someone wants to take up the contest, please feel free to do so.
Thank you. When you start collecting us all for the mandatory beatings, I’ll at least be able to yell, “Hey I know that guy!”
