SCOTUS refuses to stay Trump's NY sentencing tomorrow 5-4.

    If he was above the law why did he need a pardon in the first place? By the way acceptance of a pardon requires an admission of guilt on the part of the subject of the pardon. Trump was able to proclaim his innocence because he according to him he did nothing wrong. It was all a witch hunt.

    Access to a pardon is what made him above the law in the first place. He admitted guilt knowing that he would not have to suffer any consequences. His father also bestowed a blanket pardon upon him that covers him for all crimes committed for a defined period of time. In the event that these crimes are uncovered, he will not have to plead guilty. I am sure that he will proclaim his innocence knowing that he cannot be prosecuted for them because he is above the law.

    Trump believes he is innocent, we will find out if this was a witch hunt when he appeals.
