VANDY! 46-39 after a 13-0 run. It may turn here, but it's fun at the moment.

 

Vandy was terrific tonight, I like coach Stackhouse. Pippen with an awful shooting night hurt them. 77-71 Ky final score.

 

Our favorite official Pat Adams goofed up the video replay and gave the ball to UK when video showed it should have been Vandys ball. I guess he didn't bother to watch the whole video or somehow the SEC video official missed it when everyone on tv saw it.

 

HOW COULD THEY NOT CHANGE IT WHEN THEY LITERALLY INVENTED THE FOUL CALL AFTER REPLAYING IT YESTERDAY?

Taking off the homer glasses it was a foul on Fleming but complete nonsense. Time to slip on the conspiracy cap and say the "powers that be" certainly wanted Kentucky there for the weekend.

 

Sorry not SEC related and would have posted in the NCAA tournament thread (but was closed), but in another sense of irony, Texas Southern just won the SWAC and have earned an automatic bid to the dance.

The Tx. So and especially the 1st A&M game were probably the 2 biggest losses of the season and now both are going dancing. Win those 2 games and Florida was a lock for the dance. In fact possibly winning 1 of those 2 and Florida would still be on the bubble (probably the 1st A&M would have been enough, where the Gators would have finished 5th in the SEC).

 

Regarding the tourney, I think aTm is playing championship caliber basketball. Good for them (and crappy for us). But to Kentucky, I thought that this team was as good a Cal team to admire as I any. But this game showed me they don't have the guard play to make a serious run...if the philosophy of winning it all keeps up. Tennessee took their bigs out of taking over the game.

Tomorrow's game should be a good one.

 

Reese just showed A&M the last team in . That's nutz, given their streak. They should take LSU's seed and LSU should be a play-in.

 

Think A&M is safely in after winning today. Probably around the 9 or 10 seed area, possibly slightly higher if they win tomorrow.

 

Dude, you are way better than me because Im still pissed and start cursing at the teams that beat us. I guess Im just passionate and hate when the Gators lose it makes me so angry to the point where I just hope they all lose. Lol..yea I have a problem but if next year we are dancing, I will pay close attention to the SECT

 

Texas Southern just won their conference tournament. Knowing how most here look at things I guess we should be huge fans.
