Their fans aren't really that bad. Sorry, I lied we know that they ARE the worst FANS ( if you can call them that) in America! Just a footnote, I really do know 3 that aren't bad at all.
Since Sully came to town, the Gators have won 13 baseball series and lost only 4 to the canes. We’re just 3 series away from taking the overall record, which started in 1950. Couldn’t happen to a better bunch of loser fans (who are eerily similar to the football “fans”).
For those of us in the Ocala/Gainesville area, it's good to know all the used water from the Orlando/Kissimmee/Disney area flows south, other than the St Johns.
While I was still a student at UF, I drove down to Miami and bought my one and only Hobie 18’ for $2500. Had some great times and adventures sailing that cat in Tampa Bay and in the gulf. Sweet memories!
That's awesome! I had a couple friends who owned Hobie Cats and we'd go out when the waves were flat here. The larger size, like yours, had the jib. The smaller ones didn't. Tommy (on the left) and I washing his down after a day out sailing......this was in the late 70's....... And on the beach........
Yeah, the family I mentioned earlier of my g/f ended up moving to Weston, due to Miami getting so crowded......
