Its fine. We likely need less 24 class now that Billy needs to get more portal guys to win right away. Gotta make room for that. I'd rather have 21 incoming and use the extra 3-4 for immediate help via the portal.

Losing a 3 star DT while gaining a 3 star DT is pretty much a wash.
