This year alone, Tennessee, Vandy and now fsu fans have rushed the field after they beat Florida. Who is the University of Florida? SEC Champions? National Champions? Longest win streak in America? Kentucky holds Florida as their Super Bowl. If you were a recruit, how could you not want to be a Gator?
On another site, I remember seeing FSU fans patting themselves on the back for "hanging tough" with Wake Forest. Clearly, this is not your father's FSU fan. On that note, Doak seemed oddly quite compared to the glory years. The Warchant isn't anything compared to what it used to be. I remember several plays last night that, if this was 15 years ago, that thing would have been cascading down from the stands. . . and yet, barely a peep. I'd swear the times when it seemed loud they were piping it in. Maybe someone who was there can confirm or deny this? Honestly, if they had a clue, they would be embarrassed to have rushed the field.
Everyone knows we have the most beautiful color combinations. Sometimes our beautiful Florida skies look like they're wearing Gator uniforms. They're all jealous.
