You poor thing, I know it must get tiring defending a disgraceful scumbag like Rudy.

Doc, are you defending or excusing what Rudy did to these women?

$75 million of the award was for punitive damages. That jury wanted to punish Rudy for what he did to those two women and send a very clear message to Rudy and others that this type of behavior will not be tolerated.

Who the hell would want to serve as an election official, especially a temporary one, after what Rudy did to those two women?

Thankfully, he can't discharge this judgment in bankruptcy. Rudy will not be living a very extravagant lifestyle going forward.

No I don’t know anything about it. I just think 150 mil is outrageous for a couple poll workers.

Isn't it equally outrageous that a "couple of poll workers" went thru what they did?

So you make your decision on how much they were awarded based on nothing?

Rudy is being sued again after claiming the defendants who won the case against him really were lying even though he agreed they werent in court.

Rudy Giuliani Back On Newsmax Doing The Same Old Thing After $148 Million Verdict

The mother and daughter filed another lawsuit against Giuliani on Monday, seeking to permanently bar him from continuing to spread the same lies about them.

Hours later, the former New York City mayor was back at it in an interview with Newsmax host Rob Schmitt.

“Your initial allegations ― do you still believe them to be true?” Schmitt asked.

“Yeah. Well, of course they’ll sue me again for it when I say that, but yeah, I do,” Giuliani said. “But they want me to lie. They basically, they are suing me in order to lie to them.”

Even giving Rudy credit for the positives of his terms as mayor (and there also plenty of negatives) it still doesn't excuse what the POS has done since 2020 including inflicting incalculable emotional duress on Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss by promoting what he knew or should have known was a false narrative just to appease his Orange God.

If insanity is an affirmative defense in civil litigation, I'm going to have to start pleading it in some of my cases.
