They won the case. It isn't like he doesn't have to pay the part of the verdict that he can pay because he can't pay the whole thing. Bankruptcy can't be used to get rid of this, I don't believe. Perhaps, next time, people won't think actions like this are profitable.

I’d be shocked if that’s not in some real estate trust or someone else’s name. I’m smart enough to protect my assets and I’m not in politics so I’m sure he is especially in a dirty place like NYC.
