I really don't care. You are a nasty poster and that's ok. I'm used to nasty posters like you. It was far worse when this site was dominated by right wingers who were truly despicable. They all left because the mods started actually imposing board rules on them and they couldn't insult and offend with impunity anymore.

I just think it's funny when you call out others for what you yourself do. If you really want people to be nicer, try being nice yourself. Otherwise, just leave it be and be yourself without expecting others to behave better than you do.

What does House Amendment 4 to House Amendment 3 do, specifically?

The correct answer: it offsets spending. It does nothing else. It does not propose $0.01 of spending.

    Here is the description:

So enjoy your L. Sucks to be that wrong.

You clearly do care though. Because here we are yet again.
We are one in the same. My fight is just and for a good cause….yours, not so much.

It gives 17billion for sandy relief. Oops. Just like School closures, lockdowns, masks and now DeSantis voting for Sandy relief. So awesome. You are on an epic losing streak. You are the Washington Generals of Too Hot. Congrats.

It doesn't propose the $17 Billion. The main bill does. The amendment wants to add an offset. That is it. It doesn't replace the main bill or any of the spending in the main bill.

It is so sad that you lost the ability to read and understand basic English because you can't handle being wrong again. So sad.

You're not voting for $17 billion when you demand that $17 billion be subtracted from somewhere else. Either vote for the aid or don't, but don't use it as an excuse to try to cut spending elsewhere. And DeSantis did not demand that billions be subtracted from somewhere else in 2017.

    Here's the summary:
2013: DeSantis voted against Sandy relief because there were no offsets
2017: DeSantis voted for Irma relief with no offsets.

Why did DeSantis require offsets for Sandy but not require offsets for Irma?

Don't waste any more of your time with this poster. It is never gonna admit when it's wrong. Never has, never will. Part of it's schtick.

No, it doesn't. That is the main bill. All it does is add language to the main bill (if passed) that provides an offset. That's it. It doesn't propose any spending, much less spending $17 Billion. That only happens in the main bill, which he voted against. You are wrong, as usual. But you can't admit it, as usual. So here we are. With you embarrassing yourself by digging into nonsense, because you can't handle being wrong.

To make this simple: let's say somebody proposes a bill to ban all abortions. Somebody makes an amendment to add an exception, which fails. A US Rep votes for the amendment and then votes against the entire bill. Did the Rep vote to ban abortion, yes or no?

LOL. Yes it does. I get it. You look foolish, again. Just say "my bad" and move on. A simple "you're right, I'm wrong" would be better but I know you will never do that because you are too much of a keyboard kowboy. It's ok. Deep down I know you know you are wrong. That's the best part for me. Desantis voted for 17billion for Sandy. The Generals losing again LOL.

No, he voted against $17 billion for Sandy. The final vote is all that matters. He voted against it. But he voted for $36B in 2017 for Irma/Harvey/Maria despite there being no offsets.

Okay, I'm deleting the rest of your nonsense and I am going to focus on your substantive claim. Please show me in the text of the amendment the language in which it allocates the $17 Billion and to which departments or programs it is allocated. Please quote me a single allocation from the text of the amendment about where the money would go (which is required for a bill to allocate money).
