No for your information I'm not. I'm for assisted suicide, though, and respect the rights of folks to choose to be DNR (Do not resuscitate), as I AM ONE. I've been clinically dead twice. Don't care to come back a third. One priest told me to pray on it, one told me it equaled suicide and I was going to Hell. I'll let God decide when it's time.

I love how there's nearly ZERO mention from you about the rapes, the incest, the health issues, the decisions that have to be made IN THE MOMENT that have already shown up. Waiting on final autopsies but there's already a teen I believe in Missouri that died waiting to see if her ectopic pregnancy qualified for an abortion. Women unable to finish evacuating miscarriages because they can't get the meds for them and being treated for sepsis.

Stacking courts (this came up earlier). Not necessarily due to this...but. The Constitution I believe says 1 Justice for each circuit. When the US got 9 circuits the number went to 9. Years ago it went to 13. So why is the court still only at 9? If the rule calls for per circuit why hasn't this been changed?

And I don't know when we got to 13 vs 9.

Biden hasn't done enough overall but starting to add more judges would be a good plan. Because you know if the Republicans win in 2024 they'll stack that court with more ultra conservative/MAGA/right-wing judges. At the very least get 2 more in there.

I dont see anything changing until folks in ban states get it through their ignorant skulls that they'll lose elections and if not lose doctors, lawyers, businesses, tax bases, etc, until they continue to trail the rest of the country in education, tax dollars, etc. In their haste to just virtue signal and ban away they didn't bother to worry about nuances, medications, conditions, etc.

And honestly I doubt they care. It's the same type of folks like Selena's family. The woman who killed her played a role but her family (I think Jehovas Witnesses) refused transfusions and other care that could've literally saved her life. Or the type that believe only prayer will save and turn down simple things including antibiotics.

Entitled to beliefs but I like my meds thanks.

 

More on the 13 year old's arrest. She had a small megaphone in the middle of the protest. She went right back out there.
