    Great video. Love Isiah Brown’s attitude. Hear about all the selfishness of today’s player, he seemed legitimately happy to just be a part of this team and learn. Refreshing.

    the game has gotten so physical, strength is critical to withstand the impact of a long season and minimize injuries
