    It's unfortunate her legacy will be ever marred by Bush v. Gore which unfortunately allowed a fellow republican to replace her after her retirement.

    As a point of information Ruth Bader Ginsburg always thought that Roe should have been decided on the basis of Equal Protection rather than the implied right of privacy.

    I won’t argue with you about Iraq, but if you think Gore would not have invaded Afghanistan, then you both smokith the crack and fail to remember how much the country’s blood was up after 9/11. The people demanded that operation and would not have accepted less.

    You're right about the country wanting revenge, and I've no doubt he would have pursued OBL, but I doubt he would have stayed as an invading force.
