Of course the primary difference being some random Gator fan on the internet starting a thread a few hundred people will see vs MGT barking at the president about it during the SOTU.

Gangbangers openly selling phony green cards on NYC streets
Armed with such ID, a person could “load up a truck with bombs … and bring it underneath the Holland Tunnel and create something major and disastrous,” warned Bruce Foucart, a former special agent in charge of Homeland Security investigations in New England.

“For someone that wants to do terrorist activity or is a national security threat, it’s easy to establish this second life within the US,” said Foucart.

Nobody even seems to care that he didn't know Laken's name. How low has the bar been dropped for the stumbler bumbler in chief! I'm surprised he didn't mention Joe Floyd and the mostly peaceful protests of that summer of love. Or Mark Brown and hands up don't shoot. Or Tyrone Martin shot and killed in a neighborhood. Or Brenda Taylor shot in a no knock raid.

Yep. Then on Friday Joe Biden asked supporters in Delaware County, PA to send him to Congress.

Also he stated "we cut the deficit and we added more to the national debt than any president in his term in all of history, than under Donald Trump."

Jose Ibarra will probably be this year's Willie Horton. In case anyone may have forgotten one of the Willie Horton ads from 1988.

Oh great point! But hard to stop Sandy Hook unfortunately. Not hard to stop illegals entering our country and killing innocent people. Swing and a miss.

Biden at least apologized to the illegal who killed the girl. Should have said undocumented. What a world we live in that this is what MSNBC asks him to clarify. Complete joke.

Yup. They're losing, though. At least in this state. Hence the open southern border (new voting block). Got to stay strong. The party of panderers can be defeated.

You really want to have a gaffe off for your boy Biden. Trump was terrible but compared to Biden? At least you aren’t showing your partisan ways…

Wait ….. what?? Joe Biden apologized for using the term “illegal” …. when referencing Riley’s alleged killer?

It’s a sad day when Americans cannot refer to an illegal as an “illegal”.

Who is triggered by the term illegal?

Also, did JB ever apologize for not knowing Laken Riley’s name? I hope he has.

Undocumented is a better, more accurate term. The person who killed Riley was certainly undocumented, but there's a question whether or not he was here legally or not. Trump extended an 18-month no deportation referral for those entering from Venezuela. Ibarra entered some time in 2022, but exact date hasn't been released as far as I know. But if it was within the 18 months, then he technically was here legally, but without documentation.

Here legally without documentation also would describe all those waiting on asylum hearings, for example.

Interesting. The way I read Trump's Memorandum, it seems to exclude Venezuelans who were not continuous residents since January 20, 2021? Even if Trump's action did not apply to Ibarra based on when he arrived (one article I read said September 2022 but not sure if that has been officially confirmed), it seems fair to point out that the Trump administration was so supportive of deferring the deportation of Venezuelans in the United States that it cited an ongoing national security threat and the safety of the American people as grounds for the executive action. I know there were many in Florida, in particular, who were proponents of such action. I wonder if there any Venezuelans who were clearly covered by Trump's decision that killed or victimized Americans, and if so, whether people think Trump should get the blame for not deporting them?

Memorandum on Deferred Enforced Departure for Certain Venezuelans – The White House

This Administration has imposed sanctions against Maduro and his regime, and I have recognized the President of the Venezuelan National Assembly, Juan Guaidó, as the interim president of the country. The deteriorative condition within Venezuela, which presents an ongoing national security threat to the safety and well-being of the American people, warrants the deferral of the removal of Venezuelan nationals who are present in the United States.

    ****

Accordingly, I hereby direct you to take appropriate measures to defer for 18 months the removal of any national of Venezuela, or alien without nationality who last habitually resided in Venezuela, who is present in the United States as of January 20, 2021, except for aliens who:

    ******

    (2) have not continuously resided in the United States since January 20, 2021;

The memo covers new arrivals. Ibarra didn't reside in the US until 2022. There's a question about his criminal past, which may have made him ineligible for the deportation deferment. But if I read the memo right, if Ibarra didn't have a felony past, and arrived from Venezuela in Sept 2022, and INS didn't deem him a problem, then he was in this country legally, under the Trump decree, when he killed Laken Riley. Therefore, he was not illegal. Undocumented? Yes. But not illegal.

And a note to Seal Clubbing Skippy (95), here's a little education on the terms undocumented and illegal. Before you laugh and make yourself look even more a fool, try reading and understanding first.
