RIP Big Vol Daddy

RIP Big Man! We love the affection you had for your team.

 

Sorry to hear it. While I never like losing to the Vols, it stings a little less knowing it probably brought that dude some comfort/joy.

 

Legend. He represents everyone of us. Will miss him and his passion for his team.

 

Well we did . Hope Big Vol Daddy is smiling.

 

BVD embodies the SEC slogan “it just means more”. RIP you will be missed and remembered each Vol week

 

I used to load and watch his videos with the sound off. Just wanted to help him with a view. Never heard a bad word out of him.

 

RIP Big Daddy Vol. I know you loved your Vols like I love the Gators. You were a great college football fan and you will be missed.

 

Sad news. RIP BVD.

 

I loved watching BVD and I was consistently greatly alarmed with all of his serious health conditions watching him smoke and drink high octane coke like he was 19 years old. Rest in peace, BVD.

 

RIP BVD, you brought me many a smile in wins and loses. I tip my cap to his loyalty and character.

R.I.P., big man, you were absolutely a talented man. I know I will miss your sage play by play where you'd call-out your team's play calls and the result before they even happened. That was truly talented.

 

That’s sad, my condolences to his loved ones, I’m sure Vol fans will miss him.

 

This is definitely heartbreaking, have not watched a vid of his in a while but he is what CFB fandom is about imho. RIP BVD, you'll be sorely missed brother.

 

Hope they win it all this year for him. If we can’t, then I hope they do.

 

Hope the SEC Shorts crew does a nod to BVD in their video Monday. That would be great.

 

Funny as hell. I really liked his videos.

 

Settle down. I love BVD. His video after they missed the FG to lose in the swamp (2015?) was epic. And while I never want to lose to the vols, him going to his grave with a victory over the Gators is nice to imagine (though we should have won, damnit). But, no, I do not want UT to win a title. Not with BVD and certainly not post mortem. All said with due respect to a great fan.

 

Awe man. That dude loved his Vols for sure. He made some funny videos and was a hoot. Sad that he won’t get to see how they play out the season. At least he got to see the Vols get good again.
