There are absolutely Christians who call the stuff out. Your "two" categories is unfair. People here do ot all the time. Everyone votes in a way that someone else hates. Religious folks, atheist, etc. We all "force" things with our vote. There are atheists pro lifers and there are Christian pro choicers. We have to move past the labels. They just make sides dig in deeper.
PD's MO Do not waste time to even bother with what he projects. It is one miserable person's dribble about how $hitty everyone is except him. I don't bother with him anymore, no one should!
It's comical how the left is coming to OA's defense now since he has tried to keep the right from co-oping his song. Several of you need to go back and look at your uninformed rants about this guy and the song at the beginning of this thread. This thread started with it wasn't about the right or the left just the struggles of a common man. Hopefully a wakeup call for all the judgement of this man and HIS song.
I have to concede that I assumed that Oliver Anthony's song was directed at Democrats when in fact according to Anthony himself it was directed at politicians of all stripes both left/Democrat and right/Republican. [See Post #263] The assumption was that it was aimed at Democrats and Biden was because country singers overwhelming lean right and the Dems are the majority party in Washington (although that doesn't apply to the House). The dirty little not so secret is that we have the best politicians that money can buy and that those politicians who actually want to fix the system are constrained from doing so by a SCOTUS that has ensured that the current campaign finance system remains effectively locked in stone.
Let the record reflect that I liked the song from the very beginning and said so. It’s just an added bonus that he made Fox News and the GOP presidential debate participants look like clowns.
Caught Hiss live last night on a good ole Weds night show in Jax. Good live show but nothing to knock the socks off
