   So where's the evidence that more Repubs are receiving gov't aid? Just because a state or area votes Republican doesn't mean that most of the people getting gov't dollars are Pubs.
   
   Alabama has a big minority population that votes for Democrats. Maybe the Democrat'voting minorities are getting most of the gov't money within the state. I',m not going to try to sort this out. Maybe the Genrral Social Survey could provide some answers
   . More likely some obscure gov't bureaucrat has the answers
