A deal was cut delaying the inevitable. Although now takes nine members rather than a single member like it did when Matt Gaetz ousted Kevin McCarthy it's only a matter of time before a motion to vacate is introduced followed by what will probably be over a dozen votes before a new speaker is elected followed by close to two years of chaos until the Democrats regain their majority as a result of the 2026 midterms.

A puppet who was responsible for most significant infrastructure legislation since the 1956 Interstate Highway Act not to mention the largest increase new construction for manufacturing facilities in decades. During his first time Trump had two accomplishments, a budget-busting tax cut which passed on a strictly party line vote and the development of the Covid vax under his Operation Warp Speed which he now refuses to mention for fear of alienating the anti-vaxxers in his MAGA coalition.

Someone was running the country while sleepy Joe stumbled and mumbled his way through the White House. And there are reports that it has been going on for most of his tenure. So.. if we are being led by a senile old man who couldn’t remember if he was the president or vice president, who can’t remember if he is praising Putin or Zelenskyy… do you really think that guy was making the calls and leading the country?
And the dem leadership went on a whirlwind tour trying to convince Americans that this man was the best candidate and was mentally sharp and was running circles around everyone in the White House.. and they knew better.. so that he could remain the figure head.
Can I name who was pulling the strings .. of course not. But clearly someone was.

 

First of all, he obviously hasn't been nearly that bad. Second, the president doesn't actually run the country on a daily basis. He makes some decisions with the help of a large group of advisors.
The rest of your post is just conjecture. Neither you nor I have a clue what going on behind the scenes with the president, no matter who is in office.

We also have reports from those working in his admin that said he was declining from the start. From military leaders to lowly interns. Several reports that Biden would fall asleep during briefings, get lost (mentally) in the details, some senior congress men stopped even trying to meet with him because he was never available. He absolutely called himself the vice president and absolutely called KH the president. He absolutely introduced Zelenskyy as Putin in front of a large crowd. We all saw the wonderful job he did on the debate.
