   I would also add that the chances are that Menedez won't by running for reelection either. Although it's over a month old a NJ poll had Congressman Andy Kim beating Menendez by a huge margin in a hypothetical Democratic primary and given the continuing negative publicity the electoral situation can only get worse for Bob Menendez.
