That he's got enough $ to pay his victims off.

Then we should dismiss the initial claim and the entire premise of this thread because, you know . . . political leaning.

It tells me that when a perpetrator is very wealthy, powerful and to top it off a celebrity he can intimidate his victims. He essentially although unintentionally admitted that reality when he said "when you're a star they let you do it". He wasn't just referring to resisting during the act, he was also referring to going to law enforcement after the act.

Apparently you are unable to distinguish between an absolute biological status and an act.

We can’t expect a key element of the democrat cabal to fully and accurately report on Kam’s plagiarism. It’s just not in the criminal nature of the liberal.

Gee, I don’t understand why the lay people no longer trust our institutions.

We actually understand the nature of Kamala Harris's plagiarism. She failed to provide proper attribution to a small number of passages reciting facts in a book of around 200 pages. A real example of a "criminal nature" is denying the criminality of one's chosen candidate even after he was been convicted by a jury of 34 felonies or proclaiming that he is the victim of "lawfare" in a case in which it's obvious that he has been intentionally concealing classified documents.

Kamala Harris Plagiarized Pages of Congressional Testimony From a Republican Colleague. Plus, a Fictionalized Story About Human Trafficking.

On April 24, 2007, Kamala Harris testified before Congress in support of the John R. Justice Prosecutors and Defenders Incentive Act of 2007. The bill, which was introduced that year but never passed the upper chamber, would have created a student loan repayment program for state and local prosecutors, and Harris, then the district attorney of San Francisco, argued it would draw top legal talent to offices like hers.

In a written statement to the House Judiciary Committee, she described how debt-addled prosecutors often decamp to the private sector a few years into the job, lured by the prospect of higher pay that could be used to pay off law school debt. That dynamic had left many district attorneys' offices short-staffed, she said, forcing them to put rookie attorneys on complex cases.

"There are numerous criminal cases that are particularly difficult because of the dynamics involved," Harris wrote. "To name just a few—child abuse, elder neglect, domestic violence, identity theft and public corruption. The stakes are simply too high to allow any attorney other than experienced prosecutors to handle these matters."

Withholding evidence that would have freed an innocent man on death row until a judge made her release it tells you all you need to know about Kamala. And of course she covered up pedophilia for the Catholic church. I wonder what she got for that? Helped Lennar get away with stealing $1 billion from a pension fund.

This is why substituting the candidate in the manner in which they did, less than 4 months out from the election, should have never happened in America. It gives the opposition far less time to warn the public about possible pitfalls. I remember when the GOP hated Donald Trump from the top down, but they did not railroad him out of the nomination. Amazing how they timed Biden's actual departure for right after the RNC.

Addressing her testimony, she quoted directly from a publication of the National District Attorneys Association and she included attribution of the source in her testimony. Additionally a good part of the testimony was data and unless she claimed that she was responsible for developing the data that's not plagiarism. As far as the story on human trafficking is concerned she also cited the source. Maybe she should have more explicitly indicated the story was fictionalized but she never claimed that she had direct knowledge of the trafficking account.

Maybe it's just me but I think fabricating statistics of immigrant crime, fabricating stories of FEMA disaster relief funds being used to support illegal immigrants and continuing to promulgate the story of Haitian immigrants consuming cats and dogs are all far more serious than minor instances of plagiarism.

You Democrats gladly released roughly 500 000 criminals into the US with crim8nal records, 13,000 with homicide convictions. THE CORRECT NUMBER OF ILLEGALS RELEASED INTO THE US WITH HOMICIDE CONVICTIONS IS ZERO. Why is that so hard for you to understand?

I have zero doubt Haitians consume and sacrifice animals including pets

FEMA distrbuted money from another agency's budget that had to do with expenses rung by the illegal Democrat supported illegal invasion if I'm recalling correctly. Bottom line US taxpayers foot the bill.

You and Trump are misrepresenting the data. Not all 13,000 entered during Biden's term. And while they are not in ICE custody, most have either been deported or are still in state/local or Federal prisons. Technically not in ICE custody, but also not a danger.

You also recall incorrectly. Trump took FEMA money and used it to pay for immigration. Not Biden.

    From your link:
"Trump was presumably citing a letter U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement recently shared with Texas Republican Rep. Tony Gonzales. The letter, which Gonzalez published on Friday, contained figures on immigrants with criminal records being tracked by ICE but not detained by the agency. Trump and right-wing figures have mischaracterized the data by claiming that everyone on the list entered under the Biden administration and remains freely in the U.S."

If the Biden-Harris administration is tracking 13,000 murderous illegals why aren't they removing them? How many thousands of murderers are here who aren't being tracked?

Why would you release ANY murderers into the US? Why aren't they being expelled? Why do you and VA want to give them citizenship? How many American lives are you 2 prepared to sacrifice to achieve your political objectives?
