Remember when Democrats (and everybody else) thought Kamala Harris was a bad vice president?

So is Trump a “person of color?”

 

Honestly I don’t know what type of president she may be. What you don’t seem to get is she isn’t Donald Trump. I’d vote for her regardless. It isn’t “TDS”. There’s a multitude of reasons why I think Trump is seriously terrible.

As to the perception of her, yes it has dramatically changed. How much is truth? Hard to say. I suspect she was underestimated given her 2020 run and VP role - of which it’s really impossible to make a name for yourself, and now some people are giving her the benefit of the doubt.

She probably wouldn’t be among the top 20 Democrats I would have picked, but she has run the campaign better than I thought she would.

But against Trump, I can’t think of a realistic scenario where I’d support him over her or pretty much anybody.

 

Color? Yes.
Person? Meh.

It’s possible to find so many faults with a candidate that it forces deeper analysis. And folks can do so without having juvenile crap thrown at them.
