So people in the White House and the Dem party were covering for Biden for at least 3 years. Not only did they cover for Biden but the reporters in this story were ripped by the WH.

The White House has been covering up Biden's condition. This is breaking news?

Imagine how amazing that infrastructure deal would have been if Biden wasn’t incompetent!

Yep. Things like deteriorating bridges need non-deteriorating minds.

This tells us that Joe surrounded himself by competent people. Thanks Diamond Joe

I'm old enough to remember when the White House was constantly "covering" for Trump by not telling the world about how all he did all day, when not golfing, was defecate in his own pants and sit in it while watching cable news, ringing for Diet Cokes, and throwing ketchup against the wall.

They were very dishonest to not be honest.

That’s why the WSJ is my favored source of news. They dug deep and actually got very prominent Dems to discuss how Joe was actually slipping up in meetings the last six months and have been all over this.

They also praise Biden for things like his handling of inflation. An actual news source that looks at facts.

This is their final essay. They actually broke the news of how bad his mental condition was based on conversations with Dems six months ago.

Yeah I kind of don't understand the expectations on this stuff. The White House isnt supposed to try and cover for their guy? Whether that be Trump or Biden. Sure stuff is gonna slip out, but it isn't like announcing publicly that Biden is slipping or Trump eats cat food does the country any good.

The bill passed thanks in large part to Biden’s political behind the scenes effort. A year later he also headed up the effort to coalesce the country and nato for a unified approach to Russia’s invasion (obviously maga has since embraced appeasment and hope it just goes away). Russia’s attack was close in that first week and thru budens efforts, he help them save their country. So he had some synapses firing. not sure how they could have suddenly invoked the 25th to kick him out of office. But yes, I anticipate the dem members would have preferred a few debates. I wanted & mentioned Dems should have opened up the primaries for an alternative. But parties have a history of not doing that and going with the incumbent. Dems will pay for more than anyone since Trump will still be favored to win
