I'm okay with each , would have been perplexing If he meant combined. We are coming up on a time when we will need excellent coaching and the development of young men from our coaches more than ever. Luckily outside of those 3 coordinators who are making a mil each we still have the best DB coach in the country with Raymond, the last two RB coaches of the year in Coach Juluke and Coach Peagler. Our wide receiver coach was a college star WR, had a NFL career, came back to coach and last year sent a WR in the 1st round of the draft. We have a good staff I can't wait till the pads come on.
The Gators made the top 6 cut for 4* DT Xzavier McLeod. The 6-4 320 is the 162 player in the 2023 class and #24 DT.
here is my own speculation - I hope they are all BUSTS and "da - u" and it's billion dollar baby are crying in their cups for paying out 10's of millions for practice players............
There is one thing for sure that all of this money that the university of Miami spreading around has help them in all of this recruiting, but the other is that Cristobal is one heck of a recruiter, a proven recruiter.
4* DE Keldric Faulk (who's father played for UF) committed to FSU over UF, Clemson and Auburn. Keldric is the highest ranked DL that FSU is able to get a commitment from since 2017.
Well first off he committed to FSU, don't know what years his dad played for UF i believe it was in the 90's.
According to reports, the finalists for RB Richard Young are Alabama, Georgia and Oregon. UF and others recently offered to Georgia's 4* Kylan Fox, Fox who is 6-5 215 has played TE and edge rusher in HS.
The Gators after not being able to get Rashada lets look at the 2023 QBs that could still being in their board. Dante Moore (uncommitted) JJ Kohl (committed to Iowa St) Emory Williams (committed to Miami) Malachi Singleton (committed to Arkansas) Brock Glenn (uncommitted) Chris Parson (committed to FSU) Marcus Stokes (committed to Penn St). By the way Singleton its first cousin to the Whittemore brothers and his mother played volleyball at UF in the 90's.
What is the most 5 stars Cristobal has ever landed? His classes at Oregon were not even close to this and Oregon has been way more successful over the last 15 years than Miami has been. There's no combing over the fact that the $$$ is the biggest factor in all of this.
His last class at Oregon was ranked 6th with a player average of 92.36. Both of those were Oregon's highest ever. Right now Miami's class has an average of 91.68. By comparison, Miami's 2021 class (when Mario had Oregon 6th) was 11th with a 90.51 average and two 5-stars to Oregon's zero.
Don't know if this has been posted somewhere but WR Eugene Wilson will make his commitment on Friday July 8th.
Not recruiting related, but Gator's TE Nick Elksnis is back to full health and ready to challenge for playing time.
