From Verron Haynes… “Excellent. By far the best so far, hands down, and I say that because it’s the truth,” Haynes said. “Mom and I talked to Justice on the way back, and we were like, ‘You earned that. I didn’t in high school.’ He’s set himself up to be one of the top-tier guys depending on what platform you are looking at, one to three, whatever, top-3. ‘That’s because of your hard work,’ and they should do some homework and dive in and see your interests, and stuff should be all different kind of way, for that matter. We’re going to dive in and do our research, right?” Florida Gators provided the Haynes family with the “best visit so far” | GatorCountry.com I don't remember a prospect's parent gushing over the Gator organization like he did in very specific terms. Smart and company have their work cut out for them. I know UGA is a great program but I doubt they can make a better or even similar impression on this family. FYI, Verron Haynes and Mike Peterson are long time friends from their time with the Falcons.
actually it’s way too early in the off season for Knox to be recruiting. That rb who is considering fau wouldn’t be visited until June at the earliest.
OTE="4RoswellGators, post: 13706665, member: 129"]I feel the same. Crazy that our RB board is so strong one year removed from Knox. I'd love Justice b/c of the message it sends to Smart and Saban -- we are a force in recruiting. I'm getting the vibe that Verron is raving about the UF visit to ensure UGA steps up their "pitch" when they have their official visit next month. StrangeGator - I'm a fan of speed at every position. All four of those backs are 200 lbs+ and have good/great speed. Their running styles are similar too. It's not like one of them is Chris Rainey and the others are Deshawn Wynn. I'd be happy if one of them sign ... if we get two of those guys ... triscuits and gravy for all my friends. Prediction: Webb and one more that we aren't talking about yet.
Don't you mean Triscuits and Chili?
Recruiting is a hard Knox life. Incompetent coaches gotta Knox on a lotta doors before one opens. So far I haven't heard any Knox against Juluke.
From the things I've read about spring ball, lingard seems to have done himself some good. It would be awesome if both him and Bowman finally get to show people why they were the top RB's in their class.
Don't you mean Triscuits and Chili?
I knew someone mentioned eating triscuits and some form of covering. Now that you mention it ... yes, it was triscuits and chili.
Everybody probably got tired of bitching about the OL so much they just closed their eyes and pick another on the position chart. Lol
most of us cannot fully comprehend the genius and leadership demonstrated by his silent, arms crossed performance on his way out... we lost a good one. He showed us.
Richard Young now has UF in his top seven. He looks like the real deal. All our top RB prospects look like the real deal.
