Rather than President Biden who would be the best option for Democrats?

Yeah, you and Q saying you don't like a Dem candidate. Earth shattering stuff here.

Sure they are, the unemployed and poor. Around 300,000 leaving out of an overpopulated state of 39,000,000. Yeah I’m sure they’re all broken up. Oh, and those leaving are watering down the color of those red states to a more purple color.

He might be the biggest joke of the entire biden fiasco. Granted the current press secretary is in the running!

As far as I see it, once Biden is no longer the guy leading the party, the people who are most likely to make waves are Kamala Harris, Gretchen Whitmer, Wes Moore, and Raphael Warnock. I could see Andy Beshear as a dark horse if by some miracle he beats Daniel Cameron in November.

I agree she could win, but seems like she has a great life now, so why put yourself thru that crap.

I like Klobuchar, but she has no charisma which rules these days. Ok with Whitmer also.

I'm not a fan of Gavin Newsom at all, so take this for what it's worth, but I don't see a liberal governor from California winning the D primary, particularly one who offers no diversity.

Harris is currently one of the most unpopular vp’s and wasn’t effective in her run for potus. it would be good to see some of those newer faces run.

    1. The last VP for a Democratic President to seek the nomination and not get it was Harry Truman's VP. He lost due to age and failing health.
    2. Harris's popularity largely tracks Biden's.
    3. As the first Black woman VP, Harris will have advantages. If Black Southerners line up behind her, it's going to be tough to beat her.
    4. I agree she ran a poor campaign last time. Then again, so did Biden multiple times in the past. If she runs a bad campaign again, she may well lose. But she's in prime position right now, whether you love her or hate her.

I still don't know much about Harris. Pence, for better or worse, had a much larger media presence. Probably due more to his proximity to Trump than any personal attributes.

I don't want to vote for Biden again. He's just too old. So is Trump (too old being the least of the issues I have with him.)

Al Gore won the party's nomination in 2000.

You're the one telling me Buttigieg is terrible yet have offered zero reason why. So this conversation is about as interesting as a Babylon Bee article.

Ya know, when I find myself on the same side of the debate with certain folks on this forum, it makes me want to reevaluate my perspective on Buttigieg. ;)

I'd vote for her ... except this is a big country. we don't need to keep it in the families - Bush, Clinton,Obama ...
