Speaking only for myself, I never suggested that she approved of rape as weapon or for that matter the other atrocities committed by Hamas on October 7, 2023. While I think that the Israeli response reached the point that the civilian casualties have become unacceptable, Tlaib probably thinks that any military response would have been unacceptable and she has yet to condemn Hamas for using Palestinian civilians as human shields, also a war crime.
