I think they are all lawyers but while JTM focuses on athlete representation, Heitner has positioned himself as an NIL guru. He might review contracts for them or they might consult him on state NIL law.

I think Heitner started out wanting to be an agent but pivoted away from that some time ago. I don't remember the particulars.

Again, I'd be shocked if he is the one holding this up over $300k. He stands to lose so much more between the hit to his credibility and access to Gator athletics.

It seems logical to assume that if he leaves it's for more money, because of how he has expressed his love for the university and football program/coaching staff. So it's not that he's dissatisfied about coming to Gainesville for football. And that probably means that some other school is involved in this whole mess... that is IF he is indeed looking for more money, new NIL deal.
