FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — A man faces attempted murder charges after the Fort Wayne Police Department responded to calls of shots fired inside the Georgetown Kroger Thursday evening. In Allen Superior Court documents released Friday, 20-year-old Richard Klaff Jr. allegedly told police he’d “always wanted to kill somebody.” A Facebook live video, which WANE 15 has made the decision not to post due to the shooter’s desire for publicity, has gone viral. It starts out with Klaff in the bathroom threatening to shoot 11 people. He then walks around Kroger while live-streaming, spewing racial slurs and saying, “So who am I choosing, hold on. Let me find someone good real quick… I’m going out with a bang.” “Oh yeah, I see one, watch, I see one,” he says. That’s when Klaff appears to fire off six shots in the direction of a Black woman and two employees in the bakery before the video cuts off. Court docs: Alleged gunman in shots fired at Georgetown Kroger ‘always wanted to kill’ Good thing this thug can’t shoot worth a damn. Lock him up for good so he can’t terrorize any more innocent black people.
He should never, ever walk the streets a free man again. He has permanently forfeited his right to live in society. I suspect he will have an interesting time in prison, likely a LOT of time in solitary...all 5'10", 150 lbs of him. His bond is $160,000. It should be no bond. Inmate View - Allen County Sheriff
