Do you think everybody that violates the law goes to jail? You asked a question. I answered it. Now you are deflecting.

No it was not. You evidently have not read the Mueller Report. It is linked in references. For a summary of the different acts for which Mueller found sufficient evidence of each element, see attached from Slate. You can read volume 2 for yourself to corroborate this. Mueller lays out each element and the evidence that was gathered.

Sorry, I am retired and I am having a couple of beers and waiting on the live music to start. So yes I do believe in the rule of law if they are actually prosecuted for said law but it should be equal for everyone no matter the power they have or don't have any no matter what party they vote for do you not agree?

If he wasn't prosecuted for it then he didn't break the law.

I just reviewed a document in discovery this week in which two defendants in a civil case explicitly state they conspired to and did in fact defraud others. Plain as day they’re guilty under both state and federal law but neither will see time behind bars. So, did they break the law if they are not charged, tried, and convicted?

If they aren't in prison it's all meaningless, like the Epstein client list and Hillary's "death of natural causes" list. You guys need to realize the government doesn't give a chit about any of us. The sooner you guys realize that that faster we can unite the regular dems and pubs.

No. He wasn’t prosecuted because Bill Barr made a political decision to lie about the findings of the Mueller Report and not charge. Also, your reasoning that the decision not to charge means that someone did not break the law is flawed. In an honest charging decision, the decision is based on whether a prosecutor believes he or she can prove a case beyond and to the exclusion of every reasonable doubt. Proof of commission of an illegal act by a more likely than not or clear and convincing standard is not sufficient to charge, but does not show exoneration. If the standard for disqualification from political office is is whether you can prove a crime beyond and to the exclusion of every reasonable doubt, then you are going to get garbage candidates.

The question posed was to name one law that he has broken, not one criminal law.

Seems like moving goal posts. Started with crimes committed, then head faked to crimes convicted.

He ultimately admitted and settled for running fraudulent charities. So somebody who runs fraudulent charities is incapable of committing crimes?

Donald J. Trump Pays Court-Ordered $2 Million For Illegally Using Trump Foundation Funds | New York State Attorney General

He paid civil penalties for violated money laundering statutes

FinCEN Fines Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort $10 Million for Significant and Long Standing Anti-Money Laundering Violations | FinCEN.gov

He has gone bankrupt multiple times, lost billions of dollars in the process, settled for millions in lawsuits.

    But hey, no criminal convictions!!!

You should already know that I could care less about the "Donald" but even you would have to admit his policies did work. You can't be that blind by your ideology.
