    Realistically Trumps best chance, if it makes it to trial, is to drag things out and hope he or a Republican who has promised to pardon him wins. If he wins, his lackey AG can probably make it go away, or he can pardon himself and see how that shit show unravels. If another Republican wins perhaps they will pardon him. Even if Biden wins, perhaps at that point, he will decide to pardon him or suspend the sentence.

    It is notable that Jack Smith did not include the espionage act violations from NJ in this case, which some have argued are the most serious charges. Some have speculated he held those back in case this dingbat judge throws this case out.
