It is humorous that the guys who ran the fake 30,000 lie scam every time Trump opened his mouth are comfortable with Joe's lies.

My guess is this folksy tale happened when he was a senator and not VP and he mixed up that detail. Or something along those lines. But… you got him now!

No he has been known for lying ever since he was a Senator.....You know back when a drunk driver killed his wife. But you know how it goes, if Trump said someone wore a purple shirt and it was really blue it went down as a lie. Biden gets the benefit of the doubt and there is a lot of doubt.

I have no idea man. If it’s not true he shouldn’t be telling it. I suggested an explanation but who knows? I hope you get to the bottom of it.

Nah, JB claims that his father (who died in 2002) asked him in 2008 to help get his uncle (who died in 1999) a purple heart he was awarded for actions in WW2 during the Battle of the Bulge. He then claims to have presented it to his uncle, despite humble protesting, during some kind of weird backyard purple heart ceremony.

It's actually kinda hilarious to make something like that up tbh. Although who knows, maybe he did a Weekend at Bernie's kinda thing?

I'm sort of surprised it wasn't the Congressional Medal of Honor....Joe is slipping.

So, in a thread about President Biden, somehow trump followers bring up how Deal Leader is a victim.

The difference between Old Joe and the Orange One is that Biden has a long history of embellishing or fabricating "alternative facts" almost all of which concern himself personally. Trump on the other hand has a long history of conning others or committing fraud to enrich himself some examples of which include Trump University, fundraising for his so called legal defense fund or his valuation of his properties using one estimate when he applying for a loan in which the property would be used as collateral and another far lower value for the purpose of determining the value of the property for taxation.

I’ve never defended Joe Biden here on stuff like this. He has always liked to put himself in the middle of things he wasn’t ever a part of. He looks dumb doing it and it’s bizarre that he keeps doing it.
But to compare his personality flaws to Trump’s is beyond laughable.

Not all 30,000 plus but here's a definitive list and that doesn't include his lies subsequent to 2017.
President Trump’s Lies, the Definitive List (Published 2017)
Waiting for an outright rejection based on the source although the same persons who reject an MSM source that has won multiple Pulitzer prizes on its face without even reading the linked article frequently cite and link to absurd largely fictional stories from the fringe media.

Biden just needs to stick to the script. Every time he meanders, he ends up hitting the ball into the rough and self-inflicting a silly wound on an unforced error. And it makes him look totally foolish.

I agree with @oragator1-Joe just can't help from putting himself or his family in the middle of things he wasn't a part of. Like his repeated claims that "Beau died in Iraq". We all know what he means, he just doesn't say it. So while he's certainly not Trump's level of pathology, he's also far from the brightest bulb in the pack. Always has been.

If Biden is just not remembering stuff correctly, that's not good. If he's simply making crap up, that's far worse. Doesn't he have people to give him a little more scripted talk, so he doesn't just rattle off this kind of embarrassing BS?
But the idea that he's the "biggest serial liar ever elected" is just stupid. But that's Fox. It makes an entire story of what conservatives say about Biden. And guess what? It's negative! Who would have guessed?

Fox does that crap all that time.

Could be that he was thinking of being a U.S. Senator at the time. But do U.S. Senators have the power to get someone a purple heart, and if he requested it from a president at some point in time for his uncle, it seems like there would be a record of that or someone alive would remember it having happened. Weird all the way around, but it'd be an odd thing to purposefully lie about given that the dates are so far off as to make it so very easily falsifiable.

We know politicians lie and few pay the consequences for it. Much more troubling is when the media lies.

Biden has accomplished quite a bit in his first two years in office. Why the hell he shoots his mouth off on occasion in ways that are harmful to him beats me.
