Proper Destination for all threads.

We are trying to get the right threads in the right forums. Swamp Gas does not need to dumping grounds for threads and it is up to the moderators and admins to make sure it does not happen and to move them when they are not in to correct forum.

Swamp Gas is for all things Gators football. It is not the place for Hockey, soccer, celebrity obits (unless they are Gators). It is the place for NFL discussion, especially if there are Gators involved. Other NFL discussions will not be discouraged at this time.

Awesome Recruiting should be for recruiting news for the Gators football and other news affecting the Gators and the players they are recruiting.

Nuttin but Net is for all things Gators mens and womens' basketball and the discussion relating to the Gators hoops. Other basketball news and stories are welcome there.

Diamond Gators is for Gator baseball and softball.

Alligator Alley is for all other Gator sports.

Help is for folks having issues with their accounts or problems on the forums.

Gator Tail Pub is for lounge-type discussions. It will also include sports that we do not have a place for. Examples would be horse racing, auto racing, boxing, and MMA-type activities. This is also the place dealing with celebrity deaths and news.

Too Hot For Swamp Gas is for all political discussion. It is not the dumping place for threads that go bad. If a thread goes political report it and the Too Hot mods will decide if there is a place in Too Hot for it. Chances are if it is covid related it has a thread and discussion already in Too Hot. When reading the report the TH mods/admins can move it or let it wither on the vine. If it is not moved, Delete it. I would rather delete threads than move them but will leave that up to the Too Hot staff. The reason for this is some folks try to get the thread moved by the posts that they make. I am stubborn enough I will not give them the satisfaction.

Mods-when moving threads give it a permanent re-direct.
