Saw this today during the Celtics/Bucks promo clip right before tip-off. We can officially put the debate to rest.
I thought that was the college of every member of their Celtic team. Al Horford from UF. Is it a jacket for sale somewhere representing something else?

Perhaps you consider the top 4 to 6 blue bloods today. UCLA would be on all time list, but not in conversation as of recent. UF might have been under Donovan, especially if using Elite 8 or Nattys as guide, but did not sustain success.
I thought it was obvious that this was a playful thread, and just having some fun with my Gator brethren in the basketball forum.
Unless I'm reading it incorrectly (which is at least a 50-50 chance), I don't think Oregon is a blue blood. I'm surprised Texas Southern is even in the Top 20 . . . much less #7. Thanks @INGATORSWETRUST
Well, it seems to be month of March wins, not March Madness wins so I could see it. Those are going to mostly be in-conference games in the SWAC.
Indiana, UCLA, Kentucky, and North Carolina were the blue bloods when I was growing up. Duke came much later to the table. Indiana fell off after Knight and UCLA after Wooten. Even Kentucky fell off for years before Calipari was hired. Maybe perceived blue blood status or success has more to do with having a great coach than other factors. Certainly having two or more national titles and appearing in numerous final fours is part of the metric
What is the Blue Bloods status? It still comes on Friday nights on CBS. And all day on the Ion TV channel. You are most sincerely welcome.
Hi Murph - UF has been pretty much out of any serious "deep" March consideration, with the exception of Whites 1 great 8, since 2014. That includes Billys last year, (He should have moved on after year 18), year 19 was awful, as you know. White teased us his second year then fell into a 5 year run of mediocrity. Having said all that, I am cautiously optimistic with coach Golden. he seems to have made some good moves with transfers and keeping talent here. Lost a couple of good "cruits" however, he has a little "make up" to do on that front. I hope that UF may return to prominance on the hardwood, I love march madness but it's just not the same if we don't make it in or are eliminated by game 2.
Noticed Bob Lanier passed away. NBA HoFer, great Piston and led St. Bonaventure to the Final 4 versus Jacksonville, if you can believe that. Back then the Centers ruled the game in days prior to the 3 point shot and hack-a-shaq strategy. Artis Gilmore was the big for Jacks in that game St. Bonaventure vs. Jacksonville Box Score, March 19, 1970 | College Basketball at Sports-Reference.com
Billy should have moved on after year 18? That’s a head scratcher. My guess is that, if he stayed, he would have won another national title within the next four years. He had really good returnees for year 20, plus an excellent incoming freshmen class that would have included Noah Dickerson, plus he had John Mooney coming in the following year. Add the foregoing, and the one sub-.500 season would have been a tiny blip on the radar screen.
You are not getting my point, Billy's last year as UF coach was a downer, of course I wish he had stayed and in fact was still coaching at UF.
