Not sure if this is the result of selective reading or selective comprehension.

No it is a case of two can play this silly game. If you can't understand that, well that's your problem.

Yeah, I can tell the way that this "news" piece was written that it is spun hard in the direction of, "Oh, you mean poor, little, pro-life us? Why, butter wouldn't melt in our mouths!"

No, they shouldn't get 11 years but neither should people who protest Charlottesville Nazis.

I think some sentence - say, 6-12 months - is necessary to send a message.

No one has been silly, not even you. You've been your usual disingenuous self.

Singing religious songs is not the same thing as burning down buildings like the BLM/ANTIFA clowns did... not even close. Maybe there needs to be a fair degree of logic applied to all laws concerning protests, or anti-protest laws.

No. We think the police should arrest them all and remove them. We just think short of violence, none should get real prison time.

I mean looting a business gets you less.

Over 90% of BLM protests were peaceful and didn't involve any property damage or injuries. The ones that were destructive? They perpetrators deserved to be arrested and properly charged with any crimes they committed. Same to these pro-life protesters, who were breaking the law. They likely don't deserve the full sentence as they aren't likely violent, and likely first offense for most. Still, they broke the law.

Unfortunately the riotous maga mob on Jan 6th wasn’t a Christian group. Maga gleefully beat men and women LEO and later bragged about it. And Maga weren’t singing hymns and praying during their attack but instead screaming they wanted to kill our gov leaders. many of those maga thugs are now in prison.

I don't understand this at all. These folks were clearly trying to save unborn children from harm. 11 years in prison? For what exactly!? I'm thinking more along the lines of a federal government program to subsidize these folks. Maybe $100 million to fund their social experiment.

Why don't you try blocking the entrance of a legal place of business and see if you get arrested? If and when you do, then maybe you'll understand?

There's arrested and there's 11 years in prison. But I don't see why we can't learn more from these people? Let's celebrate diverse viewpoints. Perhaps a government agency can take them under their wing, help them flourish.
