It all comes down to Trump beating Harris in rural VA worse than she's going to close out Fairfax.

 

Pretty disastrous night for women in Florida. Exit polls show that uneducated white women could care less if they are second class citizens.

 

Yup. That's reality.

Americans are gross; they see Trump tell outright racist lies about immigrants or FEMA response (they gave all the money to immigrants!) ...........and they don't care.

But they DO care about the economic issues* and immigration issues** that they can't even understand.

Gross.




* They think that Biden is responsible for inflation.

** They think that Trump did or will do anything about the illegal immigration that our businesses have bought with political contributions to have as de facto national policy.

 

I'll never understand it. Besides right-wingers tossing around the word "communism" to describe Democrats.

My wife is Cuban. Her mom and dad flew over on the freedom flights. Very, very staunch Trump supporters. Right or wrong, they see the Dems (not just a specific candidate) as a step towards communism. Fwiw, I don't agree - just reporting what I know.

BTW, they do very well money wise. Just to kinda peg the demographic.

 

My wife has a masters from UF. I do enjoy seeing you cry like a little girl though. I knew it was coming at some point.

 

I've seen enough, it's going to be Trump ... NYTs partial data projections have been steadily moving towards Trump all night ... he's out performing again. Not like he did the last two times, but he's doing enough...

 

I dont live in Florida. I only report what the exit poll said. Uneducated white voters were unswayed.

 

I think Trump is going to win VA. 50% of the statewide vote in, but 97% of Loudoun county in, 94% of Prince William county in, 56% of Fairfax county is in. All the heavy Dem DC counties are reporting most of their vote.
