Yeah, totally. That's why the Trumppublicans in the House investigated this and fell flat on their faces.

"You mean they were just lying about this stuff for headlines, so that gullible Trump supporters would believe it?! No way!!!"

    Documented where,?
Yea, good luck on getting any "documentation". Hunter has plenty of baggage but that's post was a wee bit over the top. Goes with the territory tho. Say it enough times, people believe it.

Bill: Would you please link me to some of your posts expressing outrage when Trump pardoned Ivanka's father in law for FAR worse conduct? Thanks in advance.

I'm taking the position of Robert Barnes @Barnes_Law, Mike R. Davis @mrddmia and Kash Patel. A court ruled it was okay for Bill Clinton to take clasdified audio tapes. Once a president takes the classified documents they become his property. They are no longer US government property. The FBI might think they got the documents back that showed their Crossfire Hurricane misdeeds/criminality but that assumes Trump doesn't have copies stored somewhere. Robert Barnes has implied that that assumption might not be a good one

Now that he has immunity Hunter can no longer take the 5th. That means he can be compelled to testify against his father and other family members (or be guilty of criminal contempt). So there may be several more Biden family members receiving pardons.

think both are mincing words. Any person willing to seduce and have sex with his dead brother’s wife, the creepometer is off the scale. That act alone lets you know what he is capable of when fueling his addiction. Did he shower her with money and gifts while grooming her for these trysts? Id say it’s more likely that he did vs traditional emotionally connecting with her. Filming? Well he did with multiple others so Occam’s razor would indicate he likely did that too as it’s part of his sexual addiction MO. Not piling on Hunter. He’s a sick sick dude so yes everything mentioned is more likely than not likely.

Weird "creepometer" going off from the conservatives who voted for the porn-star banging, adulterous, rapist. Creepy? The one who called his own daughter a 'piece of ass', and said he'd be banging her if not his daughter.

    Hunter Biden politically is completely irrelevant, yet look at how much weird, creepy conjecture porn the "conservatives" conjure up and fantasize about;

"Did he shower her with money and gifts while grooming her for these trysts? Id say it’s more likely that he did vs traditional emotionally connecting with her. Filming? "

But if you want to do that porno, adultery, rapist thing...just look at the guy you elected POTUS. Creepy? Calls his own daughter a 'piece of ass', says he'd be banging her if not his daughter.

Too bad these conjecture pornists don't care about literal crimes against our country and democracy..

Do you consider these commentator's opinions elite? Barnes has stated that the Sandy Hook school shooting was staged. Davis has not attended law school. Patel is a Trump loyalist that wrote a trilogy of children's books about how Hillary Queenton and her shifty knights spread lies about how King Donald had cheated to become King. (And that is not my description, it is the publishing company's write up on Amazon). Not sure you can trust Patel for an unbiased take on this topic. You might want to find other people to follow on this subject because the their theory is absolutely bonkers.

Your better argument is that the classification systems exists from an Executive Order and only exists to support the POTUS decision making ability. The POTUS cannot be limited in his duties by an existing Executive Order and having to go through a process where he has to submit something for approval or recording by a SES or GS in the Executive Branch. So if the POTUS says or wants something declassified, it becomes unclassified when he says it is. That does not mean it becomes his personal property though.

I think we are disagreeing over the bad grammar and poor use of commas. Hunter did sleep with Hallie Biden, Beau's widow, and got her hook on crack. He did record himself having sex with prostitutes and paid for them with his company's funds and then wrote the expenses off as some sort of club membership on his taxes. Hallie Biden was paid by wire from one of the LLC companies Hunter was doing business with. I doubt that Hallie was being paid for sex but I do think this was during the time period she and Hunter were having an affair. Not sure I've ever heard of Hunter sleeping with Hallie's sister though.

The classified documents stuff has not been proven. It is all speculation about the fact Hunter had access to homes that Biden had classified documents that were turned over to the FBI. I really do not buy it since everyone now agrees at the very least, Hunter was selling the appearance of access to his father. I've never seen anything that suggest he was selling classified information.

    Oh. OK.

I guess bots find hypocrisy totally amusing? Such as voting for a porno-banging, adulterous rapist who said that he wanted to have sex with his own daughter.......but then pearl clutching about some irrelevant non-politician who did some weird sex things?

Bot/trolls seem pretty cool to me. Very appreciative of the humor in situations. :)

"Barnes has stated that the Sandy Hook school shooting was staged." Really. Show me the quote.
Barnes attended Yale where he was well known for his brilliance. He dropped out because Yale was elitist. Graduated from Wisconsin law school. Elite credentials in tax law, criminal law, civil rights law, constitutional law. America's greatest lawyer imo.

    2. "Davis has not attended law school." Mike R. Davis got his JD from the Univ.of Iowa law school, served as the lead nominations staffer for then-Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, during which he helped shepherd Supreme Court Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh through their confirmations. He has also clerked for Gorsuch, worked in George W. Bush’s DOJ, and served as an aide to then-House Speaker (and current Trump ally) Newt Gingrich. He has worked in all 3 branches of government and heads the Article 3 Project.

    3. Kash Patel wrote a children's book. Sounds like a great book. Kash finished his legal education at University College of London, the top law school in the UK. UCL has consistently ranked as one of the top 10 law schools in the world.

    4. "So if the POTUS says or wants something declassified, it becomes unclassified when he says it is." Congratulations, you got something right.

    5. "That does not mean it becomes his personal property though." False. Per the Presidential Records Act.

    1. I miss read the quote, he was defending Alex Jones for saying it. Even still, ZERO National Security Law experience.

    2. I looked up the wrong Mark Davis. So please link his arguments on the PRA.

    3. I'm very well aware of who Patel is. Just because he went to a good school does not mean he is not a Trump loyalist. There are a lot of them that went to good schools. There is a good argument for Patel but you are not making it since you seem to have a high school level of understanding this stuff and can only go by what you read and not from any personal experience.

    4. It happens occasionally.

    5. Please show me where in the PRA it specifically says that a POTUS is allowed to retain non-personal records generated by the US IC. I'll wait.

The classified documents Trump took became declassified when he took them. They also became his personal property. Mike R. Davis, Kash Patel and Robert Barnes all agree.

What do you say about the majority of lawyers, a lot of them sympathetic to Trump, that all disagree with the idea that IC reports can be considered "personal property"? What is wrong with their arguments?

So to follow these gentlemen's argument to its logical conclusion, Joe Biden can declassify all the IC reports about Russia's and China's internal discussion about Donald Trump's first term, his time out of office, and on his re-election, take them to his home in Delaware, and then share them with the public since they are now "his personal property" according to the PRA?

Were it not for the very real possibility that a Trump DOJ and FBI bent on retribution at the direction of Donald Trump could launch frivolous investigations and prosecutions of Hunter Biden the chances are that Joe Biden would not have granted an overly broad pardon covering any possible crimes that Hunter may have committed during the last 11 years so yes it is about Trump as much as it is about Hunter Biden.
