I can totally dig it. Dave is a son of the light and Gator hood. He sees things to appreciate and extrapolates on things that might happen in the real world. If you watch what Tua did to the Broncos, the vast majority of his passes were ten yards past the line of scrimmage-at most- or screens or swing passes.

Bombs are low percentage plays. The NFL coaches know this.

We hit short passes, which Mertz is very good at, they'll get out of the box.

 

10-15 yard routes that work will open the box.

 

The Dolphins can hit short passes because the defense is concerned about players going downfield. If the defense isn't concerned or threatened by the deep ball, we aren't stressing anyone. Mark Stoops shut us down last year. He can do it again unless we do something different.

Well it was 19 points difference, not the 18 that i expected, the Gators pre game, in game planning and execution was pathetic, Napier got outcoached in every phase. This is not a top 50 team, they wont win another game the rest of the season, not even to Vandy who they lost last season. Like i have posted many times Napier isnt a SEC quality coach.
