The timing is very odd, the administration should’ve picked any other game for him to do this besides this one. After he sheds his 2’bits gear, he’ll be pulling hard for aTm and hopes his son trucks the Florida D for 200+yds. After the game he’ll be in the aTm locker room whopping it up if they win, and consoling them if they lose. Hope it’s the later!

I think the timing of honoring Emmitt this way is poor.
I also think timing of the whiteout game was poor. Should have announced the white out to coincide with a game when our team chooses to wear white at home. I’m not a fan of “White outs” BTW.
Choosing to play Orange and Blue game on Thursdays for two years another decision not fond of. Or eliminating tailgating on so many grassy areas on campus. Or playing Barney Fife law enforcement tactics with fans carrying a beer across the street on way to the stadium. I could go on. I’m a Gator but my experience gets a little less enjoyable every year.

I know it was Samford, but Gumbs had a great game last week as well. Nice bright spot.

i said it in either the game or post game thread but he is a NFL dude. He jumped off the tv at times against Miami. He’s raw but athletic and that’s no surprise as he entered college as a WR.
